Wellington New Zealand - Day 1

-- After our road trip from Auckland to Wellington we settled at Brandon and Andrea’s in the heart of the city.. B lives at the top of Cuba street, which would be similar in comparison to Queen St Toronto- A funky eclectic mix of people and shops, the street runs down to the bay in many different directionsà Korey and I packed a bag and walked around for hours, getting our bearings, at this point we are becoming more comfortable with being abroad and are falling into a routine were we pack, travel, explore, waste money, and take in the sights!..

Notes about Wellington: the city is very clean and organized to me, and the architecture is bold… there are many more boutique shops than I anticipated , but the city is the capital…. There seems to be a professional feel in the city but you can def tell there is an overwhelming involvement in the outdoors.. The bay coupled with surrounding mountains make you feel refreshed and willing to be out more exploring..
