We are having the most amazing weather, very hot and dry day after day.
New Years Eve was another lovely warm evening, and we celebrated it with Joel, Chelle, Tayla, Jamie, James, Do and some friends of Joel and Chelle.
We had a wonderful B B Q cooked by Joel and lovely salads made by some of the guests. Dessert was left overs from Xmas plus Chelle had made some yummy cupcakes.
Do was flying back to France at one minute to midnight 2010. We have so enjoyed meeting Do, she is a lovely girl with a great sense of humor.
How neat it has been seeing James again, he was just wonderful with the girls although he couldn't resist teasing them.

The playhouse Joel and Chelle gave the girls for Xmas has been a great success. The slide is a real hit and was given to the girls for Xmas by Joels parents. All the children had such fun playing in the tree house on News Years Eve. They even had their dinner up there on the small table.

I just had to put in some photos of my garden as it is looking so lovely this summer.

What fun Jamie is having. Jamie had me up in the tree house playing cards earlier in the evening. I do not like heights so it was all a challenge.

Joel has worked so hard to get the bathroom up and running. It really looks amazing.

The blackbird in this photo was the baby that I feed last year and she has come back this year to say hello. I call her darling and she is very demanding.
