Warming Up

This is Eden Park about at about 7, kick of was at 7:35. The All Blacks are warming up in their blue shirts. There were a few thousand Australian fans that sat on the other side of us, dressed in yellow.
The first of hopefully many more road trips and weekend trips to come. Check out all the cool pics of the game! It was heaps of fun. I had the tickets, so we all followed me. I got into the stadium and started walking up the stairs because I was fairly sure that the seats were up higher because they were not too expensive. After looking around for a few minutes we could not find the row we were supposed to sit in. I finally asked an usher and he pointed down to the field and said way down there. I was thrilled and jogged down there. Our seats turned out to be amazing. They were not in the center of the field, but on an angle, which was fine. It was easy to see the entire field and the players. We got there early so we could see the players warm up. We pregamed by the van in a parking lot, but we still had a few more beers there. The haka was done which was very exciting. It was louder than the one in Dundein because they hooked up the speakers for it. It was a great game. Lots

Joe Rocokoco is the man. He has more tries than number of games played, which is a stat that nobody else has. He is amazing fast and talented. He was born in Fiji but raised and lives in NZ. He and Jerry Collins are my favourite players.
of cheering, high fives, the wave, loud kiwis and maoris. Eden Park proved to be a great place to watch a rugby game. We all had a blast. After the game some fans tried to rush the field and were spear tackled by huge security gaurds, it was hilarious. On the walk back I put 2 All Black flags in the back of my AB jersey which looked like wings, it was sweet. We walked back to the car and Kim, Jared, and I wanted some kind of souvenior for some reason. Kim decided to carry back a big orange cone, but it was very heavy. I took it from her and put it on my head, like a huge dunce cap. It was fun. I put it in the van... pretty sweet. Kira drove the van back to her aunt and uncle's house and the rest of us partied in the back. Lots of fun. Back at the house Jarrod fell asleep in under a minute, we threw pillows at him for fun and he still didnt wake up, it was good aiisss. Tomorrow we have to drive back to Wellington.

Here are the All Blacks honoured with 2 trophies on one night. The Tri-Nations Champions and they also retain the Bledisloe Cup, which represents the rivalry against Australia. NZ beat them both times this year, they only needed to win once to retain the cup. The All Blacks are heavy favourites to win the Rugby World Cup on September 30th. Betting $1 only pays out $2.50. Australia and France $5 each, and South Africa $6. Go ABs!
