I'm sure that Cassie can attest to these funny observations about Perth that Katy and I have made (she has some posted on her blog as well...) I hope you enjoy!
1. There are clearly no more Irish living in Ireland...about 90% of the people that we have met here in Perth have been from Ireland.
2. The Irish are really sloppy Drunks
3. The Australians are really sloppy Drunks
4. The English rank pretty high up there on the sloppy drunk chart.
5. What in the world is with the flying cats!?!? No, seriously...they have these birds here that look like ravens or crows or something and they make noises like extremely pissed off cats...it's very odd. Everytime we hear them it's like "Damn Flying Cats!"
6. Everything in Perth is expensive except for the transportation...it's FREE!
7. Clearly no one has a job here cause everyone is always out shopping in the middle of the work day.
8. Almost everyone works in the mines or in the mining field.
9. You can pay a $10 cover charge and get free drinks all night long...I know your all jealous =)
10. If you go to Black Bettys (it's a bar) you can most likely see Elvis, Snow White, a Penguin, A Frog Prince, Little Red Riding Hood, and Marilyn Monroe making out with a male Cleopatra. I shit you not! We witnessed it last night
11. The flies!!! They bite! Literally, they bite and then it itches like crazy! We are not fans at all.
I know that we have made many more observations while here in Perth but for some reason I am drawing a blank...When I think of more I'll be sure to update =)

Wish I was there Stephie sounds like soooo much fun (minus the flying cats and biting flies of course). Live it up!!!! Miss you but am so glad you are doing this. Now I want to :)
We are definitly having the time of our lives over here =) I'm glad you are checking my blog out...I feel like not a lot of people are =( or they just don't comment haha oh well.

You're having the time of your life and I'm very envious! We check and read your blog every night. Everyone says HI!!! Interesting about the "flying cats" that would be eerie.
