Highlights of the rest of the road trip to Victoria:

Day12: Otway National Park - went to Otway Fly Canopy treetop walk and immersed ourselves among the talls trees and waterfalls. It took us an hour hike return to the triplet falls, but it's all worth it 'coz the place is simply wonderful. The sight, sound & smell of the rainforest calm the senses making it a perfect retreat to unwind.

Day 13: Went to Queenscliff and Geelong. It was a very hot sunny day. After checking out the Geelong pier, we've taken refuge in the comfort of the shopping centers.

Day 14: While soaking up some R&R on the beach of Lorne, I can't help but be fascinated by a group of young girls learning to surf. Something that I would probably do if I could turn back time - to be young, adventurous and care free. On our way back to Colac, we made a detour to Erskine falls as we past the sign. I've read it on a magazine that it's one of the must-see natural attraction in the area. So we decided to have a quick stopover to check it out. Surprisingly, there's nobody else in there but us. We have the waterfall all to ourselves.

Day 15: Our car is now fixed. Our aim was to get back home as quickly as possible. We kept driving 'til sundown. We spent the night in Albury (border between Victoria & New South Wales), then drove 18 hrs. straight back to Queensland.

"A picture is worth a thousand words", so I'll just let the photos do the talking.

no....I'm not a tree-hugger...but I do like trees, esp. the huge ancient ones.
