We decided to do a trip to Orange World, not expecting much, we were pleasantly surprised.
The owner was the tour guide - he did a little singing as well as a very good tour and explained all about growning oranges, mandarines and lots of other citrus fruit. This is the peak picking season for citrus fruit so there are lots and lots of over burdened citrus trees all around the Mildura area.
We had a taste and the oranges and mandarines were just so tasty and juicy. We should never buy overseas fruit so these farmers stay in business as the fruit is so much nicer when it is freshly picked off the trees.
