Well I finally made it to the aquarium the other day! It was alright but not really worth the twenty-three dollars per person. Luckily we had a 2 for 1 coupon. I think that the neatest thing was this aquarium tunnel in which you could stand in and watch all the sea creatures swimming above you. There were giant stingrays and sharks in there! They also had this giant squid on display which has been frozen in ice. It is 7 metres in length, but doesn't really appear that giant because it's tenticles are all curled up. I really liked the jellyfish tanks...
We also went on this simulator ride that we thought would simulate some sort of undersea adventure, but instead we were driving through some sort of iceland while boulders crashed into our sides. It was horrible. The funny thing was that right before they started it they gave us all a warning that it may make you feel ill or could even injure you and if that was to happen you were supposed to raise your hand so they could stop the simulator. It sounded like the most ridiculous thing, but straight away Brett smoked his knee on the metal bar in front of us and I banged my head on the seat. We both wanted to raise our hands just because it was so stupid.
