Only a trial really..

My (and Bo's) last weekend in Melbourne for a while

Hey guys, am trying to figure out this whole blogging thing, so making a trial entry kinda thing to make sure I know what I'm doing. Actually, I guess I'm just procrastinating. I still have 2 exams to do, a house to move out of and clean from wall to wall as well as random things I need to do to go overseas - getting my money changed, picking up tickets and the like.

Lez's 21st Birthday
I am going to put up some of the more suitable photos from Lez's 'Pirate' party last night for everyone's viewing pleasure. Twas a enjoyable night, however I think I am going to need councilling after some of the things that happened. Might apply for special consideration at uni as well... my brain may never be the same again. But it was a good way to spend my last weekend in Melbourne, even if I really should've been studying - gave me a chance to drink with some people for one last time. We also have a highly amusing short film of the night which I shall entitle 'Boosh jumping like a frog', which I dont think I can put on this site, but ill leave a copy of it with someone - it is Boosh at his very best.

Rough Itinery
It has come to my attention that a lot of people only have a very rough idea of where we are actually going. So a rough itinery as it stands currently is:

• 25th Nov - Melbourne to Santiago via Sydney (at some ridiculous time in the morning)
  
• 25th Nov - Despite spening 9 hours at the Santiago airport (I can't wait!!!), we arrive in Lima some time before midnight on the 25th
  
• 28th Nov - Lima to Cuzco (or is it Cusco... is one version English or something.... do I overuse full stops?....). Staying at a backpackers for a few nights to acclimatize to the mountainy goodness that is Cusco
  
• 1st Dec (I think thats the date atleast) - Start a 4 day trek of the Inca trail. I am way too unfit to be doing this, Bo will possibly have to carry me.
  
• 5th Dec - Cusco to Lima (again). Staying the the boys, seeing the sites of Lima, meeting Latino lovers etc etc.

• 15th Dec - Lima to Santiago. This time we wont be in the airport for 9 hrs, however I think the flight is at stupid o'clock in the morning. Will spend some quality time in Santiago, doing whatever it is one does there.
  
• 17th Dec - Santiago to Rio De Janeiro. When my baby smiles at me I go to Rio. Staying near the Copa, Copacabana and will hopefully see the girl from Ipanema go walking. I think Kimbo is going to get sick of me breaking into song in Rio. But Rio is full of beaches and good coffee. Everyone knows these are the two most important things in life.
  
• 22nd Dec - Rio to London. Again, we arrive at Heathrow at stupid o'clock in the morning. We are going to spend an English Christmas with Graham, before hopefully finding ourselves jobs and all that, to save to see the rest of Europe.
  

Ok, so thats about it. I really should stop wasting time and do some study. The next blog will be from somewhere more exotic than Melbourne!
