Sunny Day at the Botanic Gardens

Note to self: from now on put some sunscreen on you as soon as you go out!! As you guess by this first sentence I have sunburns...... again, this time I had sunscreen the only thing was that I fell asleep while reading near the Yarra River jsut before I was about to put some sunscreen on... no comment I took some pictures from where I was sleeping as you will see the sky was clear without clouds at all and it was a beautiful day, 25 degrees, now you are jealous I know you are :)

Haven't done much since my last entry as I am still looking for a job I am not worried about this though which is quite unusual as I usually get worried for nothing. Keep going from the backpacker to the library back and forth the only thing I did was to have a Thai beer which was a very good one with my Korean roomate. And the good news is Jetlag is over for me and my cold is gone!!!

Today my day started by a visit to the Queen Victoria Market I know again this bloody market but I swear when you come and you will see what the market is all about then you will think I was right to be obsessed by it!! This time I checked with Un-Gee the name of my korean flatmate the wine and liqueur, trust me they wanted me to get drunk over there every time they were like try this one try that one... considering my tolerance to alcohol is almost zero well I didn't get drunk but let's say I was feeling for 30 minutes. When I get a job have to buy some cream and some dresses too, here the clothes are much more colorful than in London. They make all types of jams as well so I bought a brandy butter and vanilla bean one delicious!!

Then I went to the Royal Botanic Gardens and it was very nice, first a picnic on the Yarra then my nap. Then I headed to the Royal Botanic Gardens I walked by the river which was lovely then went to the Gardens. The grass was so green here as green as in Hyde Park which was a bit surprising knowing the weather in London is definitely not the same as here. The lake was nice too and there was a wedding, it's definitely a romantic spot to get married but it will not be for me. I want to copy Katy and maybe will get married in Las Vegas by the King!!
Then the Observatory, not really interesting and then the remembrance monument which was great as you can see the City from there. But it was a long walk though, luckily it was the end of it as I started to feel my face was burning and my legs felt heavy.

Then came back to the hostel and meet a new roomate, Sharon from the Coromandel (North of New Zealand), we talked about a girl in our dorm who seems grumpy, she never talks and it's always like we are annoying her just by being in the room. When Sharon came to the room she slammed the door by accident and the girl was moaning about this, Sharon tried to talk to her and asked if she had a hangover and the other one went very agressive and said I don't drink..... Good News for us is that she never stays in the room only to sleep obviously but gosh you can feel the bad vibes when she comes to the room, why all this anger I will investigate and let you know, bet it's about a guy.

There are 3 Koreans in total in the dorm 1 is like the grumpy one though she stays in the dorm to read or to do something else she never talks and she keeps slamming the door next time I may tell her how to use the handle, beautiful invention she should try it cus it's bloody annoying when you are trying to sleep and she slams the door. And there are Un-Gee and Lauren their English are not that fluent but I can understand them and they can understand me, just had a coffee with Lauren she is very nice, she is going to pick up strawberries somewhere in Victoria and offered me to come with her but don't think I will though I wanna stay in Melbourne for the next few months.
Just crazy what type of people you can meet in just one room weird, nice and grumpy people.
