This is our office at this loss adjusting firm (insurance) in Melbourne. We were a newly appointed team, created to respond to the natural-catastrophe-rated storm of February 2011 in the sate of Victoria. We were working for 3 months towards settling the insurance claims of about 1000 households and small businesses that suffered water damaged to their building and contents.

Our team leader was Jodie. Matthew was an assistant to claims officer Alexandra. I was a claim's assistant to officer Janelle and Daniel was assisting claims officer Brooke.

We were the 7 musketeers of the VIC CAT TEAM.

The team had bad habits. There was a big jar, that we filled in turn with mini chocolate treats. It helped us through the days of angry phone calls and lengthy report typing. We had many qualities: Alex loves baking, Janelle could fit in a box and Daniel looks pretty in a hat.

Thank you Jodie.

We will miss you guys and thank you for a great time. xxx
