We had a short trip out to the Lake Glenmaggie dam to check out the effect of the drought on the water level. It was an awful weather day, windy, overcast and biting. The sun popped out for about 2 minutes so I quickly got this happy family snap!

A few pics of what we have been up to recently!

We're really on the countdown now!

We just wake everyday and pray for the phone call that will see us employed at one of the local schools.
If there's no call, we amuse ourselves at home or down the street or just generally find ways to avoid spending money (without much success, I must point out!)

Our inboxes are being flooded with negative RSVP's with is so sad but it does mean that for those of you who are making the pilgrimage, you'll certainly have plenty of time to spend with us.

We reckon that is wonderful!!

Until next blog,
Keep smiling, keep well and keep the love flowin!

We made it home in time for Mother's Day. We went for a picnic at Wattle Point - what a gorgeous day!

A few busy working bees was all it took to make our own invitations. Sure, they aren't as swish as professional ones but we think they reflect us.

It's ain't all about the bride you know! Even Dougo got on the invite bandwagon.

Who knew Dougo was so nifty with concrete sheeting and a hammer?! He also cleaned out his dad's shed (sacred turf) from top to toe. What a good son.

I have become OBSESSED with scrapbooking. I loved it before, now I have joined the cult (as Doug's Dad calls it)

These trees have been the bane of Sue and Glenn's life for the past umpteen years. Finally, they came down and I was asked to record it step by step!

Welcome Home
Hello adventurers. So glad to see you home safe and sound and embraced by family. I am so thrilled to see how far you have come and amazed by the map of your lives. Next stop....the vows! I eagerly await the photos from your wedding and all the tales from the big day. I will always remember our big day in Puerto Rico and Lindsay and I send our love. She is making her new home in Austin, Texas in just a couple of weeks and soon enough we will be traveling back and forth to visit each other on a regular basis. Love from Boston, Kofi
