Amazingly beautiful beach at Carrickalinga mid winter. Looking south toward second valley
A relaxing weekend away mid winter and the weather was just fantastic. We cycled from Carrickalinga into Normanville for coffee and cake. Rode through Normanville and found some wineries (one closed, the other .. well .. enough said). During the winery ride we encountered some steep hills our bikes couldnt handle so we had to get off and walk. One may ask, how bad can it be? And to the most aggressive magpie I have seen, your swooping will need practice, start high and decend down, dont just fly directly at our heads from the side at breakneck speed.

I have discovered that I am better at scrabble than I thought.
