Self Expression & Leadership
From Adelaide to Melbourne every other weekend for Landmark Education's Self Expression & Leadership Program, which brought an abundance of new possibilities, love, discoveries and self-acceptance.

My first official, solo art exhibition... with thanks to my hosts at Coriole Winery, McLaren Vale. Stained glass mandalas of a spiritual nature... Suffice to say this was an immense learning curve and my deepest gratitude goes to the amazing woman who opened her studio and heart to me during the creation process. Then, SunLight Day!
On Sunday December 26th, with the wonderful help and contributions of many friends
(you know who you are - thank you!), we brought to life the well-awaited community project, SunLight Day. Inspired and created from my participation in the above Self Expression Leadership Program, SunLight Day was a free community event, bringing peace, love and light to those in need of care, by way of offering a range of complementary/healing therapies and activities for many who wouldn't ordinarily access such a thing. Everybody, participants and practioners alike, shared a beautiful day with healing exchanges, therapeutic touch and many gorgeous compassionate interactions. Feedback was one of appreciation, enjoyment and even fun! So there's a good chance we'll join in harmony again :)

The Big Shift
After 10 years, The time came to bite that bullet as they say, and move on... depsite the fears, the doubts, the nerves, the unknown... And so I packed up and out from my safe little haven at Avonmore Avenue, Trinity Gardens, where I'd been hiding away from the big wide world in many ways, for good.

And if that wasn't all enough disruption to my perceived world of stability (ha!), Luke & I took the double plunge and also packed up his sweet little sacred sanctuary which he'd called home for 2 years or more, to venture out into that new and challenging world together... Our underplanned fly-by-the-seat-of-our-pants trip to North Qld (organic farming and healing at its best!) via Confest (Moulamein NSW), the spiritual East Coast, Brisbane (my fam), Townsville (Luke's fam) & who knows where else in between, awaited our experience!

So, the past couple months have been pretty huge as you can see... Huge changes and openings have been gracing my life. Let's see what's next...

Though I officially share this in extreme tardiness, any contacts or recommendations for people or places to visit along our path are oh so welcome!
