Beautiful clear blue skies and a chilly breeze, but the gardens were on show. Started at the Upper Car Park and wended our way down to bottom Car Park and return. The brochure said steep pathways and they were right. Could have spent longer there and will next time in October for Rhododendron display. Will remember coinage for Pay and Display (free today). Also will return for autumn tones in April - May
I am old and my wife is younger. We love visiting family and friends and visiting places of interest as well as having the odd steam train trip, or coach tour, perhaps a boat ride. Also like to watch a little sport where certain teams create a passion while others, we'll that alone. We see this as being a great way to keep in touch with our global family and global friends from Facebook.
