the town of seaside

so we;ve moved into our cute little studio apartment! its very cute and small - which is good cos we cant hoard too much crap! we've got bean bags, a garage sale tv and awesome piccies from on surfari, an internet gallery cafe in yaroomba, (just down the road from marcoola!). im applying for jobs at bcf, lincraft and bunnings today - gettng a bit desperate! went for a job interview on sat with australia zxoo but it took like 40 mins to get there and wiuth petrol so expensive, i dont think its very practical! knowing my luck ill get the stupid job! hahah! it'd be awesome, in events management so it'd be lookign after bindi's birthdat celebration etc, but we're here to save money not make a career... so i think ill try something else!
its raining at the moment, so were pretty happy to be in the house and nice and dry! the town of seaside is where it is, in this new estate that looks really american. apparently the guy who owns it based it off the truman show and thats exactly how it looks, white picket fences, abnormally green grass and cute little shop fronts. the car doesnt fit in our garage (surprise surprise), so we have to park it out on the street (bugger), but its a reallly quiet neighbourhood so i dont think we have too much to worry about. we've met a few neighbours, and everyone is pretty young and travelling, which is cool. we have a big pool and a gym in the centre of the complex, and a big bbq area that looks awesome. we havent had the chance to look at it much, but its been fun to play house. deanos been working overtime everyday nearly - i wish i could just get a freaking job!
karyn and ken will be here soon i think - so we're pretty excited about that! the car will hopefully go in soon - so that'll be good to get fixed up! anyways, i better go do the resume drop!
