Hello All
Hope all is well with everyone!
Today was the big day, we had our 19 week scan. This scan is used for the doctors to make sure the baby has all the bits and pieces it should and that they have developed properly. For mums and dads to be it is for finding out (or not) the sex of the baby. As you may have guessed from the title of this blog we are having a GIRL! We are all very excited about a baby sister for Noah....perfectly balanced
We had booked in for a 4D scan which would give us a great 4D picture of the baby to take home with us, but sadly ... just llike Noah ... our baby girl would not cooporate and kept hiding her face behind her hands. We did get a couple of not so bad ones which you can see on the blog.
Our baby girl had all the bits she should and they were all developing as they should. Unfortunately for me she, just like Noah, has a big head and also loooks to be a decennt size! To be expected I suppose but would have
Poor MummyWho's got the big head in the gene pool .... damn you!
been nice to hear little again, like at our first scan! We also discovered that the placenta is quite low and will have to be checked again at around 30 weeks to make sure it has moved up and out of the way. The good news it means we get another try at the 4D scan, the bad news is if it hasn't moved then it will mean a c-section birth.
Love to all

Well done - what a bit of luck!! a perfect pair - you are both so lucky. Well done and we hope that all goes well for you both. We can use another girl in the family as their numbers are a little on the low side. Pink is pretty!!!
Hi guys,
Congratulations on your news you are having a little princess!! Girls are just lovely!!! With Erin i had the low placenta, called 'placenta previa' of which there are 4 levels. Mine was level 4, which was totally covering the cervix, hence my 1st c-section. i'm sure the other levels, depending on the patient of cousre, can be natural births. Am here if you want any info.
Congrat's again!!!!!! Love The Holts
