March 4
Vee & Clinton return to Adelaide today. Luke & I remaining on Fruitopia for potentially another couple of weeks yet - a lifetime of work to be done on the farm but even more at heart, I plan to fast and cleanse my internal organs, and this has always been the intended (and somewhat procrastinated) environment. Now we are here and I want to do this! See these photos: http://www.blessedherbs.com/photos2i.html
Now, wouldn’t you want THAT coming out of YOU??!
Ahh maybe so… but why the fast from food also eh? Well, during a period of abstinence from food, the body is able to throw off (eliminate) more, and more easily. It’s that simple. And juices are alkalising for the body, breaking down and assisting in removals of built up acids throughout our temple.

Cairns Day trip #3
In preparation for our Big Day Out, we decided to drive down to the big smoke and stay overnight in the van at Copperlode Dam, Cairns’ own rainforest zone. In our haste, we unfortunately neglected to research the logistics and had Ishi climb the 15km mountain unnecesaarily, as we only discovered upon our arrival that the gates shut at 6pm and reopen at 8am. *sigh* We wouldn’t even see the luscious land in the morn. So down we go again, to at least an extremely silent spot half way down, all set for an early rise and exiting day trip over yonder woohoo!

March 5th
After a couple hours of some serious ickness on a rough ride out, we snorkelled on the Great Barrier Reef and enjoyed a 20-30 minute introductory dive! That oxygen stuff whoah it’s good! Much tastier than this land stuff we try to breathe too let me tell you!

The wonder of Gaia… We were grced with the presence of Nemo’s (clown fish) hiding amongst the many-coloured coral, a century old turtle who even let herself be touched by some, a giant clam, a sea cucumber that looked/felt more like a slimy shag pile carpet, oodles of rainbow, iridescent and every colour under the sun fish.

I felt so privileged to be exploring just this tiny part of Mother Earth’s underground wonder, though a little intrusive also… especially knowing that tourists are part of the reason for why she is dying… along with freight tankers passing through the zone, global and ocean warming, non-organic farming practices’ run-off….

Geoff Guest property and natural ‘pharmacy’ tour…
Much knowledge to be appreciated and acquired form this dear genuine fellow.

I’ve been a cranky cranky girl since the night before in mere anticipation of… daa daa daa daaaaaaaaa….: *The Fast* ! Living into the future - a 15 day self-initiated cleanse - realising just how much I rely upon food for comfort and surprise surprise, another means to control. However, I know I can do it, especially with L by my side. We’ll see how that changes hahaha!
