Zombies and Our home

So, in the last week my mission has been to find a job, annnd i think i may have found one. After walking around and around Brisbane and going through 3 different interviews, to still not be hired, I now have a trial at a place called Eves on the river. I have a shift fri and sat, so hopefully if i dont do anything horribly wrong they will keep me. The really strange thing is that at this same restaraunt there is another Emma Hoskins! How bizarre is that. Im excited to meet her, maybe she is as cool as me hhaha just kidding

Apart from the job aspect holloween is coming up and on the weekend they had a zombie walk through the city to raise money for something to do with the brain lol So we went to watch and have a few beers, some people really dressed up! There was some... disturbing scenes that im not going to describe on here but i do have pictures lol I also am trying to convince my room mates to carve pumpkins with me haha and when i asked one of them said it seems like such a waste to carve out a pumpkin and not eat it... and i later understood because they are 25 bucks here! so there will probably be no carving pumpkins this year.

Also, the other night we had the largest thunder lightening storm ive ever seen it lasted for ever and the lightening lite up the whole sky, and it just kept pooring and pooring. I was at my serving it right course, and on our break (because it was 4 hours long, im pretty sure it doesnt take 4 hours! to teach us how to spot a drunk) i went outside to see it, because i was extremely excited, it was crazy. And then some people laughed at how excted i was.
