Got the Greyhound from Townsville at 13:30 for a 5 hour journey to Airlie Beach We checked into our hostel called Magnums It was really central... We walked to our 8 bed dorm which was a Cabin type hut... It was in the middle of a Jungle area... The hostel was very big with a Bar, Club and places to eat... We sat out on our porch but wasnt really sure who was in our dorm as there were loads of people hanging out on it... Alot of the people were German and were speaking in German didnt have the slightest clue what they were saying... Prob speaking about us haa... There was a Nice french guy which reconized us from Magnetic Island we started to talk too but he was leaving the next day to go sailing.... This place was the livest place we've stayed at so far, it was a little like a resort...

We got up early and went down to the Lagoon... Like cairns Airlie doesnt really have much of a Beach... The Lagoon was really nice and big and right next to the sea... We spent most of the day there chilling out as it was Really hot!... Finishing at the Lagoon we went to get some Beer supplies for the night from the Bottle Shop...
We got talking too a Irish girl called donna from our room and drank with her most of the night on our porch, lewis found some nail varnish which kirsty was using in the day and started to write our names on the bench outside the cabin... It started with tiny little letters and got bigger and bigger... Lewis started too write Donna the Irash but then relised and crossed it out too write Irish... We called her Donna the irash the rest of the night, after a couple drinks we went to find a Party Porch... Which didnt need to go too far as there was one right next too our Cabin... Spent the rest of the night talking and playing drinking games... Got pretty drunk! After a while on the porch we decided to go to one of the clubs... On the way we met a guy called Allastair... The guy is like a Giant!!.. We started painting his nails black even painting one of his fingers..!! We walked to the club with him then decided that we were just going to go back to the cabin... Was a pretty funny 1st drinking night...

We went and sunbathed down at the lagoon again today.. The day was hot again!! We also found out that the party pouch we went to last night got thown out because of the noise!! We saw Allastair down at the lagoon recoving from a hangover, he still had his nail varnish on!.. He said he couldnt b bothered too get it off so that'll proberly stay there until his nails grow out!! haaa... After a day at the lagoon we went and got more beer...
Was just us on the porch drinking as donna and the germans all left... We were the only porch with music on the resort. After a while one guy called Nico with a bag of Goon (Boxed Wine or just the silver bit on the inside) came over with a couple others and heard our music... Nico asked if he and the others could join us on the porch because we were the only porch with music... We said yes sure and then we were the NEW Party Porch!!.. After a while Lewis went around too all the cabins saying too people that if we were too loud then just come over and say OR come over and join us!!... One of the cabins had 2 Welsh Lads called Ryan and Rob... They said they'd b over a little later and they did... After a couple drinks on our PARTY porch with everyone we all decided too go to a club called Mama Africa's the club plays really good dance music... Nico was snaking all the women he was soooo funny too watch dancing around them and that!.. After a couple hours in the club and many drinks Lewis got chucked out by the bouncers because he was too drunk and was falling into everyone as he danced!!... The bouncer was HUGE with a big fluffly beard!! He still enjoyed a cuddle from lewis.. hahaaa!!
When we got back to the hostel bar everyone else was there... We met a guy called sean we later called him Ant Head! because Lewis and sean were eating bush tucker... Massive green ants!!.. Lewis said they tasted like Apple sours...
We also rang Toby up at 4am and woke him up lol!!! We thought it was funny Toby was less amused! hehe...

We went down to the Lagoon again in the day... Didnt really do much at the lagoon but recover from the night before... Kirsty put a sign up on the notice board for haircuts... Later Kirsty cuts a irish girls hair and made $20. We had 2 new girls in our cabin which Kirsty didnt seem to like.
That night Us, Ryan, Rob, Nico and Ant Head just drank again on our party porch. When kirsty cut the irish girls hair in the day she brushed all the cut hair onto the floor off the porch. We told Ant head to put the hair on his head, but he actually glued the hair to his bold head like a Mo Hawk. It was sooo funny it looked like his real hair!! Ant head is soo Crazy! We went to the bar after some beers and they had karaoke on. We all sang Wonderwall then Lewis, Ryan and Rob took over the Karaoke and sang pretty much the whole night even taking over other peoples songs haa!!
We bumped into Ellen and Mike which we met from Magnetic Island!
After the Karaoke we decided to go to the Club but first we had to go get the camera off charge... We went into the room but everyone was asleep so didnt put the light on incase it woke someone up. Kirsty fell over the English girls FAT Suitcase which was in the middle of the room and made a massive bang on the floor, at first she thought it was funny but then the english girl started whining 'Can you be quiet please we're trying to sleep' Kirsty was like 'I would be quiet if i didnt fall over your FAT suitcase!' Then they started arguing. HA.
We went to Mama Africa's and had a really good night. We were winding Rob up saying he was being like Nico and snaking the girls... We started calling him Anaconda Rob lol he wasnt too impressed... We left Rob snaking and Us and ryan went down too the lagoon after buying some chips, cheese and gravy... Was soo nice! pretty funny in the shop. We were taking the piss out off the keebabs man 'Keebab' it was the smallest bit of meat we have ever seen on a stick revolving around...!! It was pointless... The man didnt find it too funny...
We got to the lagoon at about 4 in the morning... We jumped in and started messing around, Kirsty jumped in with all her clothes on!!.. LOL, Lewis kept eating the Chips, Cheese and gravy which were Soaking wet from the Lagoon water!! After the lagoon we all went to McDonalds dripping wet... We all wanted burgers but got there when breakfast started... Hehe soo all got breakfast instead. Whilst eating our Breakfast a Italian lad came in Hammered and started saying 'I dont speak Italian' then he started using the card paying machine as a phone asking to speak to Ronald McDonald.. He was Knocking the charity box off the side and the women behind the counter started saying 'Stop being such a villian' and then saying 'Dont do that my boss will get Grumpy' it was soooo funny the was she was saying it in her Ozzy Accent!...
After Mcdonalds we went back to our cabins we decided we'd sleep in Ryan's cabin because rob snaked a Swede Head, We Hijacked Robs bed and jumped init Soaking wet... We woke the whole room up but they didnt mind and were soo funny... We named two of them Essex Head and Gary from eastenders because he looked like him lol...

We got woken up by rob coming in... He saw us and had to sleep in another bed... Hehe
We later went down to the lagoon with Nico and met Ant head... Ant head went down rocks onto a little beach to get oysters.. He's nuts!! lol.. should have seen him down there we were sure you wasnt even aloud down there!! He came back after about 15minutes with 10 oysters!!! He cleaned them up and asked if we wanted any... No one did sooo he ate them all!!
We went back too our room and the french girls were saying that Ant head came back to the cabin at about 2am and had a shower then used their towel and then tried to sleep on the floor!! hehe No one in the room knew him because they didnt come out and drink with us... The french girl was saying that they shouted at him and told him to GEET OUT!! and SHUT UUP!! in their french accents it was pretty funnny when they were telling us because the girls were usually pretty quiet. We couldnt believe it and said sorry... We keep laughing about in thinking how funny it would have been seeing him come into the room and do that but must have been pretty scary for them.
We later found out that Ant Head is homeless and sleeps on a abandoned baot on his own, Bless him...
We went out that night to a place called Beaches Bar which is just up from Magnums with everyone from Rob and Ryan's room. There was a Live Band there had a really good time with everyone dancing and singing along... Ant Head found a cold plate of Potato wedges which someone had left and ate the lot!!
Kirsty's Bra strap broke so we went too go back so she could get a different one. On the way we bumped into Allastair he'd just got back from sailing, He was off his head on this herbal stuff called Caktus. Bless him he was soo spun out and was getting all emotional because of this girl he met sailing,lol
so we went and did a bra change and was going to head off to mama africas,
on the way we ran into nicos dorm and woke him up,hehe, we were being really loud shouting "nico come out with us" and because we woke him up and he didnt no what was going on and started shouting in german ,haaaa!! he was in bed early because he had to get up early for work!! sorry nico!!
got to mama africas, rob the anaconda was in there snaking again,hehe, ryan wasnt with him though, we were all having a really good night, dancing and that, then the girl that rob was snaking kept trying to take lewis's hat, then somehow the hat just riped....ahhhhhh oh no the hat is lewis's pride and joy,hehe!! so we recycled it, kirsty had a ninja band and lewis had a jew hat,hehe, we dance around like it for the rest of the night! The night came to an end and we walked Allastair back to his room, he was still wired,lol, then went and woke everyone up in ryans room again,heheee! were sooo bad for that, think we would go mental if someone did it to us!!

Last day at Airlie beach :( and it was pelting down with rain!!
we were both hanging today as we didnt have much sleep and we had to check out at 10am, jus moped around all day as our bus wasnt untill 6pm. Lewis almost stood on a snake today, she shit himself,lol it was green though so it wasnt dangerous, still sceary though.
kirsty cut ryan+robs hair then got lewis to drink a jug of larger because he didnt have much conversation in him, it seemed to work for a while,hehe! but then went back to being mopy again!
we said goodbyeeee to ryan, rob and nico, awww there so sweet, really going to miss airlie beach loads, had so much fun here and met some really really cool friends!!!!
Roll on our 17hr coach ride to Maroochydore watch out toby here we come haaaaaaa!!
