Devils Marbles
Day 2
It was an early start at 6am. It was a very humid and warm night in the camper. I was expecting a lot of traffic, road works and potholes after the record wet we had in Darwin, but the roads were low in traffic and potholes were repaired. It is a real credit to the workers to get it done before Easter weekend. We paid $1.999 per litre of diesel at Highway Inn. We stopped for the night at Devil’s Marbles. The boys loved climbing up the rocks. The campsite is clean with pit toilets. They were probably one of the best pit toilets in the Territory with hardly any smell. The campsite was almost full. The night was cold about 16C.
