Darwin

Well after almost 12000km's of traveling in the past 3 weeks we have made it to Darwin...and damn it is hot here....still going to Kakadu National Park in the next couple of days...i seriously think we will be ditching the campervan and moving into a hostel soon...it is just too hot to sleep in the damn thing... Darwin is our first real sign of civilization in the last three weeks, before this Alice Springs was the biggest city we have visited (20k people). Rob tried some type of a Kangaroo salad and he said it wasn't bad and that if he didn't know it was Kangaroo he would have thought it was beef....We finally have internet as well....and only 2.50 an hour!! If anyone is planning on going through NT and WA , get a Telstra sim card, good stable connection even in the smallest places....Vodaphone? lol no coverage unless in a major city....
