We managed to get 3 hours sleep before waking up at 5am feeling wide awake. We made some sausage sandwiches and Oli went to the gym while I watched Scooby Doo. Then we headed for Hyde Park and sat by the water fountain in the sunshine until half 10 when we went to the Town Hall to meet the group for the I’m Free walking tour. We had seen this on rated highly on Tripadvisor and didn’t know what to expect but it was great. It is run by architecture students at Sydney University. There were about 50 odd people waiting for the tour, we were split into two groups and we headed off with Ross. He took us on a 3 hour tour of Sydney’s main spots and also some lesser known places and talked about Australia’s history and the architecture. Then we caught the free 555 bus from Circular Quay back to our hotel and made some garlic prawns. Went to the shops to buy some alcohol and then we're heading to the pool before drinks with Steve, Tess, Laura and Adam later.
