Dad, mum, Gowz and James..
We had a fairly quiet Christmas this year. It was just me, James, Mum, Dad and Gowzaaaaa, and on Christams Day we all met under Roseville Bridge for a picnic!

Mum and Dad went to church while James and I did the present thing at home and I think we even went for a run on the beach and got some exercise in, as there was definitely going to be none of that later.

We all went BYO on the lunch food and all managed to bring loads of tasty stuff. Then we put it all together on our table and shared it around. After lunch we kicked back on rugs under the trees and chilled out, playing UNO.

There were loads of families down there in the Garigal National Park which runs alongside Middle Harbour, doing the same thing we were. It's a gorgeous bushy setting with really nice grass, trees and nature, and it's huge so you can pretty much always find a spot on your own. Except for us this time when we managed to sit near a massive Greek family. One of the younger members of the extended family must have been given a

Loads of food made for hot weather
petrol-powered mini bike thing from Santa and they tested it out all day by doing laps around our picnic rugs...
