Part 2 catch up...

Thursday 5th March 2009
We had a new guy start work with us today, John came in with him (after an interview i presume). His name is Austin. He seems a nice enough person, he is very professional and gets on with the job. Kylie even said she felt threatened by him! She mite pull her socks up now!
It was Petes birthday today so i met up with him and a guy from his work with Scott and Rich at the Opera Bar. We moved onto a pub on George street which was really nice and was playing good music, but there was no dance floor and the whole pub was full of really posh people! So we then moved on to Side Bar, yet again another night in side bar, after walking litrally miles to get to it! We had a really good time there as always it is the place to go if all else fails!

Friday 6th March 2009
Well i ended up having 2hours sleep last night as i was working today! Ahh! I was really tyred all day not suprisingly, and didnt really wake up till the end of the day....not doing that again i a hurry!
I had a very quiet night in andan early one too. I had a quick phone call to Gemma (Rich's sister) as they were on their way to a surfing trip for the weekend.

Saturday 7th March 2009
I had work again, then after i got ready to go to Mardi Gras.
Mardi Gras is a parade for gays and the whole of oxford street and parts of the city is closed for the parade of floas.
The atmosphere was really good but unfortunately like evrything in Sydney you need to get there hours before it starts to get a view at anything. There were people selling loadsa stools as well and there was not a hope in me seeing anything even if i got one.
I was meeting up with Dez from work but we ended up being on different sides of the parade so it was hard to get to each other. After lots of txts and calls we found each other. I managed to hae a glims of one or two floats, and most of them had the loadest music blaring from each float, it was good what i saw.
We ended up haing a bit of a walk round the city to end up at my bus stop, so it was good to catch up with her.

Sunday 8th March 2009
Work again, was quiet for a sunday.
When i got home i colored Jess's hair. We had a right laugh! Its so nice that we are getting on now. She did make me laugh when we were washing it off, we had to use the tap in the big sink in the bathroom , it took ages!
We were having a good old sing song to some real girly tunes as well. It was funny to see Ben her boyfriend singing along too as he is really in to rap so we were shocked when he knew all the words! haha

Monday 9th March 2009
At work today it was just me and Pav. We had such a good day! We were so quiet it was rediculous! So i showed her a few clips of Lee Evans the comedien and we were wetting ourselves, it was so good to have a belly laugh!
After work i went to World bar with Jess and Ben. Ben was spose to be rapping, he is really good actually he does it at home, but he didnt get the chance. It was a good night there were some funny dancers out and we did have a go at some of their moves,hehe. I went home before them as i was nackered, but i enjoyed myself!

Tuesday 10th March 2009
Day off today! I had a well deserved lay in. Then tryed to get Jess and Ben up as we were going out and we would not have a lot of time as lunch had already gone.
We got ready then headed down to darling harbour to go to wildlife world. When we got there we saw that the ocean world was open till 10pm, so we decided to do that instead. A good choice really we would have rushed the other one.
We grabed a subway before we went in and sat by the water while a load of seagulls were eying up our food!
It was really good i loved it! It was a lot bigger than the one in Manly! This was alot more impressive. There were times where Ben and Jess couldnt let go of each other (which was slightly anoying!) but we had a really good day, and saw some amazing fish!
After there we went to a bar on the harbour and had a drink and some chips before Ben had to go to work.
I went up to Riches while i was at Darling harbour and gave them all some products from work that we were chcking out, they were very happy with that! I was only going to pop round but ended up staying to watch an episode of lost and 24. Another 1st for me.

Wednesday 11th March 2009
My plan was to go surfing at Manly as i need to use up my 3 lessons i have left. But as per usual i slept through my alarm! It was rite next to head, how could i not here it my flat mates did!
Anyway so i caught up on some emails then went into town to go to the ipod store. It is huge! Its all glass even the stairs to all the floors. I went there to try and change my headphones as they were not going as loud anymore...? Strange, i tryed Jess's and they worked fine. So when i explained they asked no questions and just gave me a new pair in exchange for mine. Result!
Later on i went to Bondi as Connor and Brenden were back in Sydney yay! It was good to see them and i will certainly see them again, there a good bunch!

Friday 13th March 2009
Work again.
I wanted an early one tonight, and just as i got into bed i had a call from Stephen! One of the Irish guys that im really good frieds with. It was great to speak to him! He has is own 2bedroom place and is working at a pub resturant as a chef, if he stayes there for2 years he can then apply for his residency, so he is really happy! I have a place to come to if i want to come back! So that made my day as i really miss those guys.
