Hi all Well we made it home safely landing at around 5 am this morning. Had a little scare when a passenger fell ill and we were warned we might be quarantined but all went well. We met Pete's parents at the airport before they hopped on a plane headed for Denmark. Hope you all enjoyed our blogs as much as we enjoyed writing them. Green, fresh, cold, windmills, canals, tulips, licorice (double salted), bikes, dykes, and most importantly wonderful relatives who made our stay so much fun! Second stop Paris. Metro, ... read more

Tasmania Road Trip - Day 1. Nowra, NSW to Port of Melbourne, VIC to catch the Spirit of Tasmania. Money spent… $7,000 Kilometres driven… 3,500 Photographs taken… 1,900 Days on the road… 21 Memories created with family… PRICELESS. To start our road trip, we needed to drive 8 hours to Melbourne to get to the ferry. This meant an early start at 5.45 and 8 hours in the car with a 2 year old. We decided to make a few stops along the way to alleviate boredom not just for the young but the old too. We chose to visit the "bigs" along the way... The Big Merino in Goulbourn, the Big Submarine (a.k.a. HMAS Otway) in Holbrook and the url=http://www.gundagai.nsw.gov.au/tourism/2244/... read more
