Gabe enjoys his first Easter Hat Parade. Hip hop, hippity hop. Don't stop, or drop on a hippity hop.
How ya goin? We are a little behind on the holidays...Consider it a little Easter warm up for Christmas. These were taken when we travelled north to Byron Bay, NSW, for Easter Holidays. It was rainy and cold most of the time we were there. Thank goodness for the cabin. Did get in a dive at Julian Rocks. Bad luck though, no turtles.

Weird. Even though the weather was coming into winter, the lilies still bloomed.

All is good here. Looking forward to he holiday with Dan and his family. Enjoy.

Great pics - we stopped at a few of those places on our way to Byron Bay too, many years ago - including the "big banana" - we were in a oversized item stage and snapped many pics of that ourselves.

Banananananananananana!
The big banana is very entertaining! Did you know that the banana plant is the largest member of the herb family, it has a fibrous trunk and is therefore not a tree? Although bananas themselves are the fruit or berry of the plant. And also do the bananas in the southern hemisphere curve clockwise or anti-clockwise? I can't remember! Glad to see you guys are having fun over there.
