penrith/blue mountain adventures

So, we have been in Penrith for 5 days, Penrith is like the Princeton of NSWs lol but its close to Blue mountians and Jenolan caves.
For the first few days we did absolutely nothing just sat and watched movies all day. Getting locked inside one day by Phill didnt reaaally help with that lol We had to order pizza and got him to pass it over the side fence. He wasnt all that impressed with us making him tramble over bushes to the fence.
Then, in the last two days thanks to Phill we had our own 4x4 adventures through Blue mountian, which is called blue mountian because .... its blue lol the eculyptus tree releases a vapour that mixes with air and makes it blue lol Blue mountains is a huge range of cliffs and forest its famoous for the three sisters which is just tree big rock formations lol the tour Phill took us on was better. We went to these 2 look outs. One was this huge cliff drop off looking into this valley with a bright blue river going through it, it was amazing and in the distance we could see lightening strikes. Waaaay in the distance, dont worry we arent stupid enough to stand on a cliff in the middle of a lightening storm lol Jason of course thought it would be fun to play near the edge of the cliff, scared the shit out of me.
Then, we went to another look out where we found a rainbow! it was crazy we could see the beginning and the end.
We alssoooo, hunted down some roo's that phill decided to go off the road throught the marsh to chase them down, he's an out of control driver, thought a few times i might die. It was like a rollercoaster with out the security that if you do get hurt which is unlikely, you can sue someone. lol We also saw an akidna, its the spikey thing in the picture that Adrianne actually started to pet.

Anyways we are hoping on a plane at 6 this morning and flying up to Brisbane, to hopefully find a job and a place to live.
