Day 5 - Roadtrip trivia answer
Frozen pickle juice! Not too bad, actually!
We didn't get any guesses on yesterday's Roadtrip Trivia, so here is the answer: frozen pickle juice! People snack on it like a sno cone.

Yesterday, we did parts of route 66 and stopped in Tucumcari for supper. It was really neat to see all the old signs. We also had our best steak ever at the Big Texan Steakhouse, in Amarillo. Yum!
Today, we will be driving from Santa Rosa, New Mexico, to Flagstaff, Arizona, with a stop in Santa Fe. We are amazed at how the scenery is changing fast. Long gone are the lush trees of Tennessee. Now, we are in the high planes, there is brush as far as the eye can see in some areas, and mesas, which are like small mountains with the top chopped off, in others. Very neat!
Well, we've got to go. Time to check Hotels.ca to find deals for tonight!
