The article that I choose to read is turning the homeless into 4G hotspots. TheY arepaying the homeless people to walk around and were t- shirts that have a wireless code to get ascess to 15 min of free high speed wifi. Many people don't agree with the idea. This connects to what were are learning in class because they want people tthey've the technology so thegcan be ableto community.
