2 month absence='Toll'

My hands ache on short, around town, motorcycle rides. From gripping the brake and clutch that is.
My neck aches after 35/56km mile bicycle rides (it's holding up my fathead of course).
My hip aches from this mornings' run? despite my having run 2, maybe 3, times while away and let us not forget the miles and miles walked each day. (or is it the 29F/-2C).
My back, well it's my back and always achy so I'm not including it in the toll, though I probably should!
