The organization, Amnesty International keeps a specific watch on the rights of people



around the world and publishes hundreds of independent reports. “Human rights include



civil and political rights, such as the right to life, liberty and freedom of expression; and



social, cultural and economic rights including the right to participate in culture, the right



to food, and the right to work and receive an education. Human rights are protected and



upheld by international and national laws and treaties.” The article I read was Article :



Killing The Innocent With Indifference I personally think this is unfair. Carlos DeLuna



was killed because his name was Carlos. It was the other Carlos who was killed the gas



attendant. His name is Carlos Hernandez. Carlos DeLuna have been saying that he didn't



kill the victim but no one listen.
