Hi all,
We are home!!! Here are more pics of our adventure that I hope you will enjoy. Several of them were taken at SeaWorld….but when I tried to submit them to ‘travelblog’ the first time, they didn’t take. I liked them so much, that I am trying again.
On Sunday, 10/25, we visited a childhood 'bud’ of Jim, who is now living on a 19 mile long, 3 mile wide island, off the Florida Gulf coast. On Tuesday, 10/27, we visited another ‘bud’ of Jim. Dwight and his wife Valerie, spend their winter in Florida and have a home near a lake. They took us out on their Pontoon boat and we had a wonderful time.
On 10/30 & 10/31 (while on our trek home), we spent a couple of nights in a campground in Front Royal, VA. While there, we toured through the ‘Skyline Caverns’.
Hope you all enjoyed your ‘virtual vacation’. We are now ‘tucking in’ the RV for the winter.
