Had an adventurous ride today. They had construction on part of the two lane road to Pinedale and the pavement was COMPLETELY removed. We had one-way traffice on this for about 4 miles. George was not happy. On the other hand, the scenery was absolutely gorgeous as we were in the Grand Tetons running alongside the Snake and Hobart Rivers. The waters are a blue-green and the Snake River was full of rafters. We had full leathers on most of the day but it finally warmed up so we could take some of the heavy stuff off.

We stopped off at another Harley shop around Idaho Falls, got T-shirts and a hat for George.

We arrived at the Baymont Motel about 5 PM. My nephew, Craig, has some clout here and got us the Executive Suite. NICE! It's time for a pampered night or two. After we go settled in, headed for a local pizza/italian place. Drank too much wine. Feel like crap. Oh well.

Tomorrow we'll check out the Mountain Man Festival that going on in town.
