I guess I'm in the home stretch on my countdown to London. Today is the 2nd, and I leave the 19th. That's 17 days left! I cannot wait to get there, and I have already gone through clothes selection, and found out today that I'll be interning with a British Member of Parliament (MP, not to be confused with "military police"). I'm very much looking forward to this experience, and now I suppose I shall e-mail my supervisor and find out more details related to my daily tasks.
Since I've been looking at the online information, and plotting my route to work, it looks like I'm going to be riding the underground for over an hour each way (including the transfers). So that means I'll have to leave the flat by 8:30 in order to make it to the area by 9:45 and have some breakfast. It'll prove to be interesting, to say the least.
Oh well, wish me luck! :-)
