Whoa. Here I am in August 2009 and the last 3 years have burned up like a flame.
I...
...left for my Southeast Asia trip around this time in 2006.
...saw a whole other world and became a whole other person.
...ended up in India with Chelly by January of 2007.
...took her home to Kenya.
...was completely renewed and remade by my experiences in East Africa.
...asked her Father if I could ask her to marry me.
...asked her to marry me.
...invited my parents over for the engagement party.
...went on a trip through Greece with Mom and Dad.
...discovered my family roots.
...came home and worked really hard for a couple months.
...learned how to play hand drums.
...went back to Mombasa for the rest of 2007.
...had countless adventures.
...grew in the mystic experience of JAH RasTafarI.
...visited my relatives on the East Coast.
...got married in Sedro-Woolley, Washington.
...moved to a cozy little place in the U-District.
...started producing TV commercials.
...showed Chelly around my part of the world.
...made myself a drum.
...prayed, meditated, chanted, and studied enough for a thousand souls.
...blew some people's minds.
...grew the messiest dreadlocks ever.
...tried to be
a hero and a husband.
...took a long tour through that part of Africa which is in Seattle.
...stayed close to the streets.
...did a lot, but not quite as much as I could have done.
...worked on a Hollywood movie with some big deal movie stars.
...trimmed my locks.
...finally decided to get right with the world and finish this story.
Now I will grow them forward again and bring you all along with me.

Hey buddy! Good to see that you're living a life worth telling! I remember meeting you in London and you telling me about your love! To her that you put a ring of her finger make me feel happy for you mate! At least she'll stop you from getting pissed up in England shirts and taking dumps in urinals!
I hope our paths cross again buddy! you take care of yourself and you wife!
Peace!
Andy
