Grand Tour First Stamp

Left Lake House Friday AM for Loves Leathers in Vancouver to find Doug a Jacket. Found just the one he wanted but had to order it. We decided to go into Portland to Wing Man to see what was going on there. After staying until they closed we then headed back to Vancouver to visit with Rick and Renee and see if they wanted to ride with us to Oregon Coast tomorrow. It is a beautiful day and is suppose to be warmer tomorrow.
Had Chinese dinner with Rick, Renee and Heather and talked them into going to Oregon tomorrow. Got a motel in Vancouver.
Sat. AM headed over to Rick and Renee's to pick them up, they were on their Harley and Heather and her fiance were in their car we headed to Camp 18 for breakfast. What a beautiful morning sun is out and is warm. Arrived at Camp 18 and the parking lot is full of Classic Mustangs. The Mustang Club was there. I headed up to the building to sign us up for seating when all of sudden the planks on the desk up and smacked me. I guess I stubbed my boot toe on the edge of the shingle on the top step and did a face plant. Fellow on the bench watched me fall but he didn't help me at all. The family was so busy looking at that beautiful Shelby that they didn't even see me fall. A nice lady helped me retreave my cell phone and glasses and I limped into the restaurant to sign us up.
Doug came in and wanted to know what had happened to me I explain and went in the restroom to clean up my scraped hand and knee, didn't know that I also had bruised my elbow. Had a fantastic breakfast. Saddled up and headed to the coast.
Beautiful warm weather at the coast, it is the warmed day of the year.
Got our book stamped and headed to Tillamook for ice cream. It was Heather's first time there. Doug and I headed back up the coast home and the rest of the family headed back to Vancouver via Hwy26.
Doug and I stopped at Cannon Beach at a really nice Hotel and took picutres of the bike and Tillamook Lighthouse in the background. Camera wasn't strong enough to get much of the lightouse but it is a good pic of the bike. We are going to have to come back to this Hotel it is beautfil with views of the lighthouse from every window.
