El Finale; aka, America, *&%^ Yeah!!!

this shall be my final blog :(

We are at my brother's house in Issaquah, Washington waiting for Alicen's Mom to pick us up and take us over the mountains to our temporary home base in Wenatchee, WA.
We're really looking forward of moving out of the backpacks and unpacking all the clothes and items we've sent from Tokyo and around the world.

Last week after spending a few happily relaxing days in London with Alicen's cousin and his wife, we went to Cabo San Lucas, Mexcio to stay with her Dad at his time share resort. It was a perfect way to end a fairly exhausting 5 months of travel, by sitting by the pool, ordering nachos and Margeritas, and doing absolutely nothing except get slightly sunburned.

But now reality is back in full effect and we have to start thinking about where we will end up living, what kind of jobs we can find, how to get a car, insurance, cell phones, etc. So, the vacation is finally over and it's time to get to work. But we're really excited about the next step, even though we really have no idea what will happen next.
