Pure and untouched....Pure and untouched....Pure and untouched....

In two days it will all be covered in black soot from all the cars driving by! But it's beautiful and soothing for now :)
We had fun going through the two blizzards this season! Awesome! The first one was in December 2008 and the second one was Friday, Feb 5, 2010 (with 10 more inches of snow on Wednesday, February 10th!). Wild. This second blizzard, all the schools, government, and offices were closed for6.5 days! It was like a crazy, silent, winter wonderland with no concrete left on the ground...only fields of fluffy white snow....so fun! The piles were so high around our house - up to our waist in some areas where the snow was built up!). We did get a little stir-crazy staying in the house for 6 days straight, so we bundled up and traipsed around for a little while every day. I made it into work a coule of the days, which was so nice because no one was there and I could do some special projects. Half the photos are from the dark snowy days and some are from the days after when it was sunny and bright and beautiful! Enjoy 😊

Car in the snow! Car in the snow!
Car in the snow!

Soon the snow plows came around and buried the cars in even more!
