We had to be at school at 7.45 a.m. Even though the night was short we felt better than the day before.
In the morning we visited the school. Everybody was astonished at the hugeness of the gymnasium, the cafeteria, the library... We attended several French classes with Mr. Lareau or Mrs.Vana. How different it is!!
They can chat, drink, they can leave the lesson whenever they want and they don't have to raise their hand when they want to speak.
In the afternoon we went walking to the center of Newport. There is not much to see apart from the beautiful icy lake. The weather wasn't so bad : it was cloudy and windy but not really cold!
That's why we enjoyed eating a vanilla ice-cream which was very big even though it was the small size!!!
We spend the end of the afternoon and the evening in our hostfamilies.
