Everyone gets nervous when we hear reports of an aggressive flu but the truth is we should use preventative measures all the time. So wash your hands with anti-bacterial soap, use hand sanitizer, stay away from crowds as much as possible and GO ON VACATION! Sounds like a perfect time to head for a secluded beach. Prevention is 9/10 of the cure.

In the media I hear everything from making lite of the swine flu, like it was some kind of joke to the media reporting a full on pandemic. What do we believe? The best source is on the Center for Disease Control and Prevention website. Listening to the news can just add stress soem times. Keep a level head and do what you were taught in kindergarden about hygiene. As the saying goes "everything we need to know we learned in kindergarden".
