I was in the college library, when we heard a loud and beautiful orchestra
from the college matching-band.
We all came out of the library at least to have a glimpse of the same. out
there it was not as cold as I left it when I came int o the library and so it
was like it wanna warm up a little bit. i saw the band from afar. matching
as if they are natching to Zion. Beautiful, beautiful Zion. I remember
watching these guys do their abraka dabras for like three good hours.
It was all beautiful. I liked the drummer and the other guys doing the
trumpets. In as much as they were entertaining us, most of them did not
mind if we were getting entertained, nonetheless, they wanted the marks.
These are guys are students in the Music department. Some of them are
versatile thespians! Guys who love acting, singing and....They are just doing
this as part of the exams. After this these guys are gonna get their A's and
walk home happy. It is all about being creatiful how
to curve your A's those
who are doing three science courses in one semester thinking that they
will make it are getting it all wrong. join these guys ang get
the A's!
Sometimes, I wonder why peple should go to school. Were it not that it is meant
for the god of every body, I am sure most of us could have never attempted to go
even to primary 1! It is not a must that you go to schol for you to succeed, or rather,
it is not a must for you not to go to school for you to survive. It depends on what
you believe in. Believe in what you believe in and it will surely happen. If you dont
believe in what you believe in, be sure it will never come to pass. Everybody should
learn how to call those things that are not as though they were. That is the only way
you gonna make them be.
Look here, tell me who of those prominent and rich people never went to school. Former
and long serving "world's richest
man" Bill Gates has masters in Information Technology
and Computer Engineering. The Current 'World's Richest Man" has masters in the same
field. May be only in Kenya, can you find that those guys who are rich, may be, never
stepped into somebody's class. Or if they ever did, they are class three drop outs. No name
mentioning but it is the truth. Most companies in Kenya are owned by rich illiterate guys, who
earned their wealth unfairly and are using it unfairly! But then it still remains that these guys
have lots of money, prompting them to enter into politics and are later appointed as
ministers. Then those who are well educated are not even elected by the electorate, Which,
is a direct opposite of what I have found out happens in the USA. No fool can lead wise men.
If you gat no education background, no room for you in the political field. Unlike in Kenya,
where it depends not on what you know but who you know, in the USA it depends not on
your money but on your brains. So if you ever
want to succeed, get into books! If you find out
that the books are not getting into you please force them, you can even boil them and drink the
soup. May be it can help you alot. And for those who dont want to go to school, keep on keeping
on. If you think education is expensive, please try ignorance. (It is more expensive!)
