Aftermath

Today, I had to deal with the aftereffects of yesterday.

I was pretty drained physically.

I had an idea this would happen, so I scheduled today as another recovery day.

I spent a good portion of the day in bed.

Unlike last week, thankfully this one was by choice.

Tomorrow, the road calls.
