NCTA Penna Headquaters
Would you believe this building it close to 200 years old. It is great place to spend the day or overnight. There is a lot of history in these walls.
The cabin is open for hikers and visitors to stay over night and enjoy the park.
This is a very old log cabin It maybe the oldest in Western Pennsylvania.
The North Country National Conference will be help in Clarion PA in August. Why not make plans to spend an extra day at the DHOC while you are in the area.

Davis Hollow Outdoor Center
Located in Moraine State Park on the North Shore by Davis Hollow Marina. Six miles from Rt 422 or Rt 79. There are signs You will pass the Bike rental ( The trail crosses the parking lot look for the kiosk)

In the Spring you will see these dock filled with sail boats. This is a great fishing lake. Boating is also great. Se the the web site to learn more
New Bridge
The America Hiking Society will be working in this area and along the North Country Trail which passes by the cabin. This new bridge will make it easier to reach the bike trail.
North Country Trail

Kitchen
Has a fully equipmented kitchen. This is aviable for people that stay to use Conctact Linda at lmatchett@zoominternet.net
Bunk Rooms
There are two rooms with beds and two bath rooms. For a small fee you can stay here
Attic Rooms
This is the only private room with two beds. So if you want to cuddle up this is it
Eating Room
Lot of room for a meal or meeting
Main room
This Joe Buton the Cabin Keeper lighting the fire place, lots of chairs Great place to sit and chat or hold a meeting along the North Country Trail.
Back Porch
You can spent the night here when the cabin is closed. It is looking down to the location of the shower in the marina area . The cabin has two bathrooms
Tent Pad
These are for people that want to tent. You can stay and use it for a base camp while you hike the NCT add link
What to do
, ]Geo Cache there is one located at the cabin. Hiking on the North Country Trail. Biking, 7 mile trail is very close and the are roads if you need more . Kayaking/boating, you have several launched in the area. Swimming is just a short drive. Remember there is no drink in the park or smoking in the cabin.
