still got a bit of training to do but i believe he'll be a good one.
he's a mostly cocker spaniel mix, black, 30lb, 1&1/2year old male. it'll take awhile to bond but he's been very good so far. the photos are in sequence of where i've been through the state of north dakota. the lewis and clark camps are mostly under water now due to the damming of the river to form lake sakakawea. the forts were essentially all there was out here back in the 1800's. they provided protection, shelter, trade goods and frontier justice. once i got to the western part of the state and the ND badlands the scenery became more pleasing. i [View Full Entry]

Hola Amigos! Dar la bienvenida mi diario. (Hello friends! Welcome to my journal/diary). Today is Monday, May 15th and I am two days (and counting) away from departing for Spain. The girls weeding the flower beds
Helping to finish the caretakers flower beds since they let us camp for free...

The temp in MN and here wasn't that bad, about [View Full Entry]

Things have been crazy lately from copying everything from your passport to train tickets so that our parent's have a copy of everything. We are really looking forward to [View Full Entry]

Welcome to Theodore Roosevelt NP
Welcome to Theodore Roosevelt NP
North Dakota, the unthinkable.

The night here is amazing, with nobody else but our group, no light obstruction coming from anywhere; all we have is our companion and thousands of stars in the sky.
