Morning over Lake McDonald
If you ever have an opportunity to go to Glacier, you simply MUST go.
Kate here...
We have GOBS of pictures from Glacier that we owe you. It was amazing. To give you some perspective, we woke up at 6am the morning we left so that I could get some pictures of the sunrise over Lake McDonald, where we were camped, and I squeezed off 84 shots within 45 minutes (while Shay wondered where I was and packed everything all by herself 0:)...)
Alas, there is no time for uploading pictures at the moment, as our jet-set lifestyle is taking us to the banks of the Missouri River here in North Dakota, where we'll be riverboat camping with friends for the weekend (Hi Gaylene and Jerry!). There may not be much time to put them up on Monday either. As soon as we get back from the river, we're driving with Shay's mom (Hi Lyvon!) up to Lake Metigoshe for a few days.
But, I will get them up soon, promise.
On to other news...
Shay and I are getting hitched!
The details are still percolating, but the commitment ceremony will likely be in late May 2007, and we have our eyes on Zion National Park for the ceremony and nearby Las Vegas for the revelry.
I'm sneaking in one Glacier picture for you, but if I get yelled at for taking too long, I'm blaming you, the picture-hungry masses. :P
More soon...
