Barbara & Randy - Getting ready for another RV road trip

Hendersonville NC:

The last - and quite possibly most important - detail was getting the bike into the truck and fastened down so we can attach the truck to the RV and then we are officially 6-4-2'ers. That's right: six for getting us there with our own bedroom, kitchen, etc. - no matter where there is; four is for the shopping and rainy days; and two is for touring the really nice roads - the way we enjoy most.

I bought a 2006 Ford Ranger a few months ago. I had a plan for my two-wheeler.

Ready to go
The FJR is tied down. Next - attach the truck to the RV's towbar. The four wheeler has a supplemental brake tied to the RV's brake.

WAY COOL! Have wheels will travel... Can't wait to hear from you again. We have settled down a bit after the June 26th ECO event (thanks Barbara for donating). It went really well, but we missed you. We had a work weekend in Burnsville over the 4th, and then some family came home with us for a few days. Now we are settling in to a summer pattern of working around here and swimming at the casita. The sweet corn is coming in from the garden, yum. Our daughter is buying a house in Asheville so we are helping there, very exciting, her first house. Safe travels friends, LUV, Katie
