Leaving NYC today. Stayed at my brother's place on the upper East side. Monday night we went out and had some german food and beer w/ John (whose last day at work is this Friday) and my brother. Yesterday Sherry and I ate at Red Bamboo, one of her favorite veggie restaurants. I had the soy chops and they were pretty darn good, like schnitzel. We then took a walk down through Soho and across the Brooklyn Bridge to Brooklyn Heights. Celebrity sightings yesterday: * The guy that plays the lead in 'Blind Justice', sorry no picture. New York, New York! yay! had a day off so went on a day trip to New York - if your lucky you'll be getting a postcard sometime (arent i nice!) - i sent them away today! Hi Folks, Today's pace didn't let up much but at least we got to really sleep for the first time since Sunday night. It really lat now so I'll put off posting more pics until tomorrow but a brief recap of the day goes like this. Rise and shine to go over to Murray and Lore's for a fabulous breakfast of bagels, lox, sable, and fresh fruit. They were headed back to Pennsylvania so we wanted to see them before they left. So I'm actually back to where I started now, and all has not changed apart from the weather, which has obviously learned its lesson and toned itself down a bit for its British visitors :p Me and Rogelio (There's a Welsh 'ch' sound where the g is, and so it makes me feel better!) we didn't get to see a lot of Boston after my update yesterday. NEW YORK CITY Ahhh, the Big Apple! What’s not to love?? The purpose…Food & Theater. Pretty simple really. Felicia, Lindsay and I caught the redeye out of Long Beach and we were off. The Waldorf Astoria was not so thrilled as we arrived before 6:00 a.m. and was even less than willing to actually check us into our room. Instead we wandered around town.
