Well this morning in Augustya Maine was really interesting. Someone tried to kidnap my Llama, I had to yell after them and tell them to put it back. I was amazed how many students tried to steal my pens and the like. It really blew my mind, I mean they would walk up, pick up a pen and try and walk away. I mean there are not even good pens, just generic ones that I bought at wal-mart. I was not the only rep who had people trying to take stuff. And my brother and i took a trip to the backside of MOUNT WASHINGTON and played the guitar together and had some mountain travelling fun.And we got to view alot of the peoples,places,and scenery while we were up there.We got to see the cog railway up there too.Some of the ski areas.And then the flume gorge,and the old man of the mountains.And even the areas near to GORHAM,N.H.also.And i even saw a maple syrup place up there too.And then we drove all the way home to york,me.lothar patten-travellor. Day 6 – Saturday - Nashua, New Hampshire Let's see, an early (ish) start for us, as we were supposed (SUPPOSED) to meet Karen at 8am. The snows that the meteorologists promised for the Denver area didn't come. When I woke up at 6:00, I jumped to the window and breathed a sigh of relief to notice that the sky was cloudy and not a flake of snow had fallen overnight. Not bothering to eat breakfast because I was to anxious to get on the plane, I checked out of the hotel and made my way to Denver International Airport. I finally earnt a week off work and was joined by my Dad, his wife Andrea and her daughter Jordan. They spent two nights at Sargent Center from which we took a trip to Springfield, MA to see the birthplace of Dr Seuss and to explore his memorial garden. I enjoyed having my picture taken with the Lorax! We then drove 8 hours up to Niagra Falls and were rewarded with great weather and a fantastic view of the falls. Down to 2 weeks and 5 days before we head for a month long trip to China. Our plans are to spend several days in Hong Kong then go inland to Guangzhou. In Guangzhou we will look at taking a large nighttime bus with individual sleeping compartments to travel to my wife’s city. After we arrive in my wife’s home city we will spend a great deal of time with her family and then we make take a day trip to the island of Hainan. Well the plane tickets are purchased, our VISA's have arrived and our passports are all in order. Now the big question how do you keep a 19 month old baby from driving all the other plane passengers crazy? We are scheduled to leave Boston on our trip to China March 17th at about 11:30 AM. We will first be flying to Newark, NJ and then off to Honk Kong. We will be staying in Hong Kong for several days and then we will head in land to mainland China, to visit my wives family.
