Introductory Test Post

I've been waiting for the longest time to have a reason to start my own account on here, one that I could actually use.

For now, this will probably remain dormant, as I've got nothing ongoing at this point in time. Some time soon, I'll probably start posting pictures of hiking trails and interesting things around Nevada and California, but these will be rare until my real journey begins, a planned (hopeful) thru-hike of the 2,180 mile long Appalachian Trail.

Until then, just count this as an introductory test post.
