well we are in las vegas now....we spent 6 hours in the back of a tiny honda civic with our new mates kyle and katie.....it wasn't too uncomfortable for us with one massive back pack and an esky.....the landscape was amazing, i mean its kinda nothin just desert and bare mountains but it still is quite amazing...

we were very sad to leave banana bungalow....we met some great people there from all around the globe.....san diego is a naval base so there were a few sailors...err..drunken sailors as the case was....

we have been in vegas for a day and have seen all the major casino's....today i won 40bucks at one casino...only to lose it at another...at least i came out even....tomorrow we where thinking abouting heading out to the grand canyon but it seems people cant agree on how far it is...some people say 3 hours...some say 6 hrs...so we may or may not make it out there...we will probably have a big night tomorrow night and then have a quiet one friday since we have to catch a 9am plane to dallas

yep...we are going to the deep south where apparently a lot of people havent heard of australia..so we have been told......

when i heard people say that melbourne has a cafe culture....i was a little bit confused as i thought that everywhere had cafe's where you could get healthy sandwhiches and focaccia's...no! this is not the case.....all the food here is fast food....well in LA, san diego and vegas at least....you cant get healthy food...you just cant...and all the TV ads are for fast food...its incredible....subway is forming a massive part of our diet but i know enough to know that cant last forever....there is a kitchen here so we will definitely be cooking....pam tell your Dad that mt eliza is so 2005...a shop ate chain is needed in the US...they are crying out a for a healthy alternative....

Well boys i told dad what u said and he just laughed... so i'm sorry to say but i think that means it's a no on shopAte in the US. U'll have to look elsewhere for the healthy alternative. Good luck! Have Fun!
